6. Furniture Tester

This job includes spending time testing different couches, chairs, tables and other types of furniture to evaluate its comfort in addition to the safety level. You will test each furniture by sitting, standing, looking at every feature and preparing a report on your findings. Most furniture testers are freelancers, with few being employed by a company full time. To be a successful furniture tester, you have to be analytical, detailed oriented and it would be a big plus if you really enjoyed testing out furniture. The average salary furniture tester is $31,000.
